Kelly Clarkson was an American artist and songwriter who was the sweetheart of America after she was crowned American Idol in the first series. Not only was the winning that ushered Kelly Clarkson's name to the forefront as it also secured her a deal with RCA Records 19 Recordings & 'S Records for a number of albums. Since her win her win, she's released several of studio albums. Of these albums, 3 reached the US Billboard 200 Chart while other albums were one centimeter away. They consider her to be one of the many of the most popular American Idol artists. She experimented as she gained recognition for her different musical themes and style, and often wrote her own songs. Because of her uniqueness and skill as a performer, she was praised by the media and received a number of notable award. One of her most memorable achievements was that she received three Grammy Awards. In addition to her work as a musician, she's seen on TV and in film. She is also the author of the children's novel River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and involved with many charitable organizations.
